A washed Kenyan from the Nyeri highlands, fully washed and shade-dried. The defining African coffee character — high-acidity, savoury depth, blackcurrant on the finish.

How to brew it

Pour-over only. Espresso brings out too much sourness. Try 1:17 ratio at 94°C.
