A wet-hulled Indonesian from the Gayo highlands of Aceh. Heavy body, low acidity, cedar and tobacco notes — the polar opposite of our African beans, and a regular customer favourite for cold mornings.
French press is its happy place (1:15, 4min steep). Also bold and chocolatey as espresso.
